Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using iOS TV Remote (the App), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA).

The App is free to download and use, with no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, code, content, and related materials, is owned by Make Algo or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, abuse, or use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Age

The App is rated 4+. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.

Compatibility and Trademarks

The App is an independent remote-control utility for compatible Samsung Smart TVs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung. Samsung names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. TV discovery, pairing, reconnect, command support, and power behavior may vary by TV model, firmware, network configuration, and manufacturer changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make Algo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Third-Party Services

The App may depend on Apple distribution services, local network protocols, compatible TV behavior, and third-party libraries used for TV discovery and command transport. We do not control their availability, accuracy, terms, privacy practices, firmware behavior, or content.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, harms others, or creates risk for us or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
